This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global. Job Responsibilities: Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems, including but not limited to split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical components, and replacing filters. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration system malfunctions, identifying root causes and recommending appropriate solutions. Conduct repairs and component replacements based on diagnostics performed. Document all service and repair work accurately and thoroughly. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tools. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing clear explanations of work performed. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills. Participate in On-call rotation or emergency service. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a vocational HVAC program or apprenticeship is a plus. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Basic understanding of HVAC systems and principles. Familiarity with common hand and power tools used in HVAC work. Ability to read and interpret basic schematics and wiring diagrams. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
