Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):

Assignment as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for processing required travel documentation.
Schedule travel to include travel itineraries, hotel, transportation, and ensure that vouchers are submitted in a timely fashion for settlement of the traveler's expenses.
Tracking team travel and ensuring Trip Reports are filled out and stored properly.
Develop, submit, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders from beginning until delivery.
Input Purchase Requisitions into procurement system after receiving contract funding actions following local purchase request policies.
Assist with Requests for Reimbursement.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
Maintain SharePoint sites and track Travel Requests, Overtime Requests, and Trip Reports
Prepare notes or after-action summaries and track actions items.
Meeting Coordination, including handling logistics, (e.g., invitations, booking conference rooms, etc.)
Provide administrative support to Program Manager and perform ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Program.

Required Skills:

Active Secret Clearance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree
2-5 years administrative experience
Must be self-motivated and work well on a team
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities
Excellent communication skills
Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office products

Desired Qualifications:

Desired skills in SAP Concur.
Ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent Organizational Skills
Experience with MS Office to coordinate calendars, write communications, develop documentation, and develop filing system.
