About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Greater Washington Marketing team.

You will join a team of twelve marketing professionals. You will report to a Marketing Manager and focus on leading visual development for winning proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

You Will:

Lead design efforts for proposals, qualifications, presentations and interview materials.
Translate technical and strategic content into compelling visual narratives aligned with Parametrix branding.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to conceptualize and build pursuit strategies.
Manage multiple concurrent deadlines and prioritize design tasks.

You Have:

7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in the AEC industry focused on proposals and business development.
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Word and PowerPoint.
A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic layout, creative design, and winning proposals.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $90,000-$110,000+ depending on experience.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
