Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a non-profit client, seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:

Process payroll and ensure accuracy for all employees
Manage HRIS data entry and system updates
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations
Onboard new employees and manage benefits enrollment
Reconcile payroll and benefits to the general ledger
Provide support for payroll/benefits inquiries and issues
Assist with audits and internal process improvements

Background expected of the Payroll Specialist:

Bachelors degree or experience equivalent
HRIS experience (Paycom is a plus)
