Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

Call Handling: Answer and direct all incoming calls, greeting visitors warmly and professionally.
Mail Distribution: Sort and distribute daily mail, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate recipients.
Shipping Coordination: Prepare daily UPS shipments, managing logistics efficiently.
Administrative Support: Assist managers with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, mailing, and maintaining cleanliness.
Invoice Management: Scan posted invoices to Metafile as required, maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications for the Receptionist:

2+ years of customer service experience, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for efficient data management and communication.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, interacting with team members in the plant and beyond.
