Summary: As a Residential Solar Installer you will be a vital part of our installation team and the entire profitability of the company. In this role you’ll be involved in working in a team environment installing residential solar on customer’s homes. Streamline Solar is looking for Residential Solar Installers in the Havasu, Arizona market area.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely PV installations.
- Inverter, module, and conduit installation.
- Perform trenching, ground and roof mounts.
- Complete system start-up and diagnosis.
Education, Skill, Experience Of Successful Candidates
- Solar Installation experience is a plus
- Construction related experience
- Attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work in a warehouse/rooftop environment
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to travel
- This position will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a job offer

The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
