Streamline Solar is the top Arizona residential solar company and has been in business over 10 years. We successfully perform residential solar installation in the Phoenix, Tucson and Lake Havasu communities. In 2023 we became an IBEW union contractor and part of the Baker family of companies. Our goal is to bring clean energy across Arizona and provide a great place to work.

Summary: As a Residential Solar Installer you will be a vital part of our installation team and the entire profitability of the company. In this role you’ll be involved in working in a team environment installing residential solar on customer’s homes. Streamline Solar is looking for Residential Solar Installers in the Havasu, Arizona market area.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely PV installations.
Inverter, module, and conduit installation.
Perform trenching, ground and roof mounts.
Complete system start-up and diagnosis.

Education, Skill, Experience Of Successful Candidates

Solar Installation experience is a plus
Construction related experience
Attention to detail and safety
Ability to work in a warehouse/rooftop environment
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
Reliable Transportation
Ability to travel
This position will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a job offer

Pay Transparency

The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Baker provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
