Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Enter all incoming invoices into the accounting system promptly and accurately
Maintain digital records of all invoices, ensuring they are organized by fiscal year and vendor folders
Cut checks and process ACH payments for approved invoices, acquiring approvals as needed
Manage credit card purchases by submitting purchase requests
Prepare and distribute a comprehensive weekly report, ensuring funds are correctly allocated to the appropriate accounts for accounts payable

Background expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Strong Excel skills through pivot tables and vlookups
Prior accounts payable experience

Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000
