Accounting Team Lead-Corporate Office
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting team lead who can oversee our operations and provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and implementing efficient processes to ensure the smooth running of our office.
This is a full-time in office position at our Corporate Office currently in Franklin Furnace, Ohio that will transition to our new office space in Ashland, KY.

As an Accounting Team Lead you will:
- Process invoices and handle accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with HR tasks
- Oversee the office budget and expenses
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with HR functions and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly
