Accounting Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze financial data to prepare entries, reports (e.g., balance sheets, P&L), and interpret company financial positions for management
- Collect and manage financial and operational data for the annual budget process and make recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements
- Costing and budgeting
- Leadership and mentorship opportunities, overseeing multiple direct reports
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience in a manufacturing setting.
Salary and Benefits:
- $130,000-$140,00
