Job Position Description

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers', their students and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but not limited to:

Perform performing small equipment repair on items such as: backpack vacuums, floor machines or other items that are used daily in the commercial janitorial cleaning.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment in our warehouse.
If needed, will need to install certain dispensers at clients' locations.
If you have no mechanical experience, please do not apply.
Scheduled is Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Fridays 9am to 12pm, no negations on schedule.
Will be subject to background check and drug test.

Must Have Experience

Physical Demands and Qualifications

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 75lbs.
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
