Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this Senior Project Engineer position include, but are not limited to:

Project management from concept to completion
PLC and HMI programming
On-site startups (both local & non-local)
Interface and coordinate with internal and external teams
Create technical documents (installation instructions, specifications, etc.)
Provide technical expertise on bids/proposals
Develop electrical drawing packages for complex control systems

Qualifications

Required:

7+ years of experience in a related industry
Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming experience
On-site start-up experience
Project management experience

Preferred:

4-year degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university
10+ years of experience in a related industry
Knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, NFPA 79, UL508A)
Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA 1910)
Mechanical interest

Desired:

Experience with a large manufacturing firm
Leadership experience
