Kitchen Manager - Beck's Princeton West

Beck’s Kitchen Managers execute, train, and coach Beck’s standards to create excellent, convenient foodservice experiences. Ordering, stocking, inventorying, and scheduling are some of the most important functions of the Kitchen Manager to control costs and increase profitability.

What You Will Do:

Ensure all food products are in code for time, date, and temperature.
Proper ordering following build-to guides & stocking/rotating efficiently.
Perform accurate and timely inventory counts.
Schedule labor.
Lead teamwork and direct employees, including training new employees.
Ensure clean and organized kitchen/cooler/freezer/workspaces.
Update build-to quantities for ordering guides and food production.
Track waste logs and make production adjustments.
Control food costs and manage/research pricing.

What You Have:

High School Diploma or GED Certificate
Food Handlers Certification
Ability to work in a multi-task environment
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities and excellent work ethic
