Manager of Print Shop and Mail Services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the company's profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

Manage and operate the Mailroom and Print Shop
Delegate and manage incoming print assignments
Accept and distribute deliveries
Maintain deadlines
Print special request POS materials
Manage print shop and mail room equipment
Coordinate mail routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Keep an acceptable amount of inventory on hand
Handle internal print jobs for corporate staff
Maintain all equipment

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Adobe Creative, and Project management software.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to delegate assignments and to carry out assignments to completion.
High school diploma or GED required.
Maintain all equipment.
Must have basic math skills
Time-Management
Knowledge of printing/publishing machines, copy machines, and mail postage machines

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly.
Must be able to sit/stand for long periods.
Must be willing to work overtime occasionally.
