Executive Program Director
This position will involve leading multiple large-scale complex programs across multiple functional domain areas and will own the Finit/Client relationship and the client portfolio consisting of active programs and full-cycle implementations.
Role Summary:
Finit's highest delivery role, owner of client relationships and long-term program success on our largest and most complex projects. As an Executive Program Director, you'll lead and oversee complex, large-scale financial engagements across various industries. Your expertise in FP&A will drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful outcomes for our clients. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and providing exceptional leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with project leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and feedback.
- Responsible for following workstream activities across the entire platform: detailed design & build, environment & application performance, quality assurance, environment sustainability.
- Continually innovate and design new solutions across the entire CPM platform.
- Be accountable for risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and impact to timeline and budget related to project build activities across entire platform.
- Engage with client stakeholders to demonstrate and confirm a deep understanding of their functional business processes across all domain areas.
- Establish architectural standards and blueprints, create plans for the platform design and development processes.
- Directly oversee platform design and development, delegate tasks to project development teams, while ensuring that designs align with client needs and are implemented according to established standards.
- Set and communicate clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and address team challenges.
- Actively participate in Finit Leadership Team meetings.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with Finit values and standards of excellence.
- Build and develop authentic relationships with clients and team members.
- Foster continuous learning and growth and help enable fellow Finitians.
- Communicate proactively and maintain sufficient documentation to ensure clarity and transparency.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of CPM experience.
- 12+ years of experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- 5+ years of OneStream experience.
- Deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Remote Workplace:
Employees at Finit primarily work remotely. Our consultants may have some travel requirement to client locations. Our corporate office is located in Cincinnati, OH and may be used for collaborative work.
