Accounts Payable Processor

Position Overview: As an Accounts Payable Processor, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review vendor invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
Ensure proper coding and data entry of invoices into the accounting system.
Prepare and process check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including AP accruals and account reconciliations.
Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Strong understanding of AP processes and procedures.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
