Entry-Level Property Accountant

Are you a recent graduate with an accounting degree and ready to launch your career in the real estate industry? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Property Accountant to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. This hybrid role offers a perfect mix of in-office learning and remote flexibility, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

What You’ll Do:

Learn and manage the day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of properties.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and monthly reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports, including monthly statements and budgets.
Collaborate with property managers to understand the financial aspects of property management.
Gain experience with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
Strong interest in property or real estate accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Yardi software is a plus, but not required.
