What you will do:

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for performing a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functions.

Some key responsibilities for Accounts Payable Clerks:

Prepare month end reconciliations for A/P related balance sheet accounts
General accounts payable functions
Check, verify and process invoices
Prepare payments for signature
Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
Perform filing and general administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Business, or a related field completed or in progress
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience working in an office setting
Competent oral and written communication skills are required in order to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
