Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Madonna Manor in North Attleboro, MA is seeking its next employee-owner.
Note: This is a 100% on site managerial role. It will require treating up to 50%.
Responsibilities
As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy - We can ONLY consider Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Hold a valid state license.
- At least 1 year managerial experience in acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experiene required (DOR/Assistant DOR or Team Lead as examples)
