We are seeking a Manager to lead our Professional Services team within the Acumatica Practice. This role involves taking the lead on new customer implementations and managing a high-performing team in the future. The Manager will build strong relationships with Acumatica leaders, collaborate to enhance partnership outcomes, and play a key role in supporting the ERP sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Best Practices & Standards

Develop deep expertise in Acumatica and industry best practices.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
Innovate and refine implementation methodologies and processes for Acumatica.

Team Leadership

Build and lead a team of ERP consultants, project managers, and technical experts in the future.
Provide mentorship and foster professional development within the team.
Implementation
Engage with customers throughout the implementation process to ensure project success.
Oversee project delivery to guarantee successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Sales Support

Collaborate with the internal ERP sales team on opportunities.
Provide demonstrations of Acumatica to customers.

Vendor Relationships

Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Acumatica as a reseller.
Collaborate with key representatives and leadership at Acumatica.

Financial Management

Monitor profitability, resource needs, and investment guidelines.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience in implementing ERP solutions.
Management experience preferred but not mandatory.

Professional/Technical Knowledge:

Proven track record of successful ERP implementation and project delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and software companies.
