INFORMATION SYSTEMS SUPPORT SPECIALIST – STORE OPERATIONS
Reports to: Manager - Retail Technology

Summary
This role is responsible for supporting all in-store technologies across designated store locations (e.g., Mosers), providing both remote and on-site system support. In cases where third-party assistance is required, the individual will ensure seamless communication and follow-up, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution. Additionally, this position offers support to the Retail Technology team as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective support for in-store technology concerns and requests from store personnel.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets, offering both remote and on-site support for a wide range of technologies, including computers, printers, POS systems, cash registers, lottery machines, and tablets.
- Attain expert-level knowledge of all in-store technologies and serve as an advisor to leadership on technical solutions that enhance store operations.
- Conduct training and refresher sessions for store employees to ensure proficiency and confidence in using the technologies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of store operations, enabling the ability to explain processes and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff to build trust and confidence in PFSbrands’ support services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the stores and Retail Technology team.

- AA/BS/BA in Computer Science, IT Certification, or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent time management skills and strong sense of urgency, with STRONG ability to multitask, work autonomously and reprioritize quickly when directed
- Able to work collaboratively across functional groups
- Ability to quickly process information and make decisions
- Proficient working with computers, printers, and other hardware
- Understand networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work is typically performed in normal office working conditions or inside a grocery store environment
- Travel Requirement: up to 50% (minimal overnight)
- Must provide after-hours on-call technical support to ensure continued business operations
