We are looking for a DYNAMIC Leader to join our team. Our LEADER will grow and develop our sales team so we can all live out our mission of improving the quality of people’s lives by making amazing rooms together. If that is you, then we would love for you to apply to our Selling Manager opening.

What you will be doing each day:

Fulfill and support all store leadership functions with the Store Manager
Support management staffing needs within the company as needed
Mentor new hires in sales training
On-boarding new hires in the store
Lead weekly store meeting at least once monthly

We are looking for individuals with:

Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions
Passion about doing a great job and making a great living
Career-focused mindset
Outgoing personality and ability to have some fun
Confidence and desire to learn about the business through our training program
Commitment in helping customers with the utmost integrity
Leadership experience preferred
Ability to make quick, rational decisions
Computer skills
High School diploma or GED
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
