Position Overview:
The Working Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations related to building maintenance, and janitorial staff at the assigned client sites. This hands-on role requires close coordination with on-site personnel to ensure the smooth functioning of maintenance, safety, and cleaning activities. The supervisor ensures that operations remain within budget while maintaining compliance with safety and company standards.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and oversee Day/night shift operations for assigned client site, including janitorial staff and maintenance personnel.
- Provide daily reviews of work orders off the Corrigo work order system and any issues or updates.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities set by client management.
- Attend facility and operations meetings as required.
- Ensure the 600 forms are signed when new hires are approved to begin working
- Conduct routine building inspections to ensure all maintenance, and cleaning tasks are completed to client standards.
- Work with the Quality auditor to ensure Peg Desk Compliance
- Manage the inventory of consumable materials and ensure supplies are adequately stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Monitor daily work hours and ensure they remain within budgetary guidelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the night shift team, fostering open lines of communication and ensuring proper training and development. Especially on the OS1 system program
- Escort third-party contractors on-site and ensure all contractor work aligns with safety protocols and client standards.
- Assist with payroll, timecards, and employee change orders as needed.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Enforce compliance with company policies related to employee relations, discipline, and terminations.
- Support janitorial and maintenance staff with hands-on assistance when necessary.
- Review and communicate safety training topics to the team, especially the STEP program on a weekly bases.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or related fields
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order tracking and inventory management preferred
- Must have proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency
- Working experience with a work order system is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- High integrity and a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and teaching others its safe operation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to emergencies promptly.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with administrative duties such as reporting and payroll.
- Must always align with Pegasus DNA.

Candidates in supervisory and leadership roles must be comfortable using computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and various technology systems, including reporting and ticketing systems. Leaders are expected to be able to enter data, submit thorough reports, and adapt to new systems as needed. Familiarity with current tools is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency in business operations.
Work Environment:
This role operates in a commercial building setting and requires routine use of hand and power tools, computer systems, ladders, and measurement tools. The position involves exposure to utility rooms, rooftops, and office spaces. Occasional local travel may be required.
Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms. The position requires frequent lifting and moving of up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, on-site position with flexible scheduling requirements. Overtime, schedule adjustments, and holiday work may be necessary. The supervisor is also required to be available for emergency response or same-day service requests.
