Litehouse Foods is looking to hire a strategic full-time Brand Manager.

The Brand Manager is the business owner of the brand creating and evolving the brand vision, defining the brand strategy and overseeing the execution of all brand marketing activities in alignment with consumer needs and the corporate vision, mission, and strategy. This role is a cross functional leader and brand champion developing tools and selling stories to generate excitement with internal teams and external partners to launch new products and execute marketing activities.

What you will do

Own the roadmap: Develop and evolve brand vision and strategies across all selling channels, relentlessly identify opportunities and risks, and recommend specific action plans that align with corporate strategy. This includes all aspects of the marketing mix inclusive of brand position, brand guardrails, value proposition, growth plan, product architecture, product launches, marketing campaigns, and key messages.
Clear the path: Oversee product launches and campaigns from concept to coordination to execution ensuring all activities support the brand positioning. Proactively develop business plans and ensure that business objectives can be met by removing any controllable obstacles.
Understand the landscape: Get to know our consumers (who are they, what do they value, what is relevant, how should we communicate to them, etc.), stay up to date on the CPG and food industry, research the competitive landscape, understand customers' needs, and follow relevant trends. Collaborate with market research team to leverage research and consumer insights to drive brand strategy and create brand roadmap.
Own the business: Actively maintain P&L vigilance, manage brand budgets and monitor profitability. Measure and hindsight product launches and campaign results. Develop recommendations to drive growth and profitability for the brand.
Lead a cross-functional team: Coordinate and leverage the talents of cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve desired business results. Maintain product changes as required by legal, regulatory, or quality. Deliver creative briefs, collaborate, and support the visual execution of the brand with the creative team in conjunction with the brand strategy. Work with creative and communication teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Be the #1 fan: Be a brand ambassador and product expert for the organization (what our products taste like, how to cook with them, how they are made, where they are available). Inspire cross functional teams to ensure brand strategy is reflected in all elements of execution. We are the #1 fans of our brands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing or Related Field. Required
4-6 years Experience in brand management, marketing communications, or product development, preferably in consumer-packaged goods space with a track record of delivering business results. Required
Experience working with customers, agencies, and cross functional team members. Required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Ability to multi-task, focus, think proactively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Verbal and written communication skills with ability to express ideas compellingly and efficiently; Ability to create and deliver presentations confidently, conveying an executive presence and deep understanding of the business.
Interpersonal skills with a customer service mentality and an ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company.
Analytical skills, data driven decision making and an ability to use business planning to meet business goals and objectives, with direct budgeting and P&L responsibility.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Strong project management skills including planning, organizing and resource management.
Must be a highly structured, disciplined, organized, and motivated individual with strong attention to detail.
