The company was founded in 1976 and is a transportation dealer-distributor serving the education, government, public sector, commercial and private fleet markets with a broad portfolio of bus and van solutions. They also provide sales, service, parts, and financing for both new and used buses and vans. Today, the company has multiple sales and service locations serving California and Hawaii.
In 1999, A-Z Bus Sales became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
