Melton Truck Lines is a 100% employee-owned flat bed truck company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The company was founded in 1954 by Bert and Gladys Melton. The company started with service to Missouri, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico and over the last 70 years has expanded to an international carrier servicing the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Melton Truck Lines became employee-owned in 2023 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership reinforces the company's commitment to a family culture and open communication.
