Northern Logistics is a trucking and logistics company headquartered in Clare, Michigan. Founded in 2006 through the acquisition of Gateway Expediting (originally an air-freight expediter dating to 1983), the company often known as "Norlo" now operates from more than a dozen locations across Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Tennessee, employing roughly 318 people including drivers, mechanics, and office staff as of 2026. It has grown largely through acquisitions (Way Transportation, Beach & Sons, Rob Smith Transportation, TJ's Trucking, Ennis Trucking, Byrdsway Trucking, and most recently Double R Transport and Eagle Xpress in 2026).
