PLEXSYS Interface Products is a 100% employee-owned modeling and simulation software company headquartered in Camas, Washington. Founded in 1986, PLEXSYS has over 30 years of experience delivering Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training readiness solutions and innovation. They generate solutions that enable live/synthetic blended training events and exercises.
In 2010, PLEXSYS became employee owned when it established its own Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). They boast more than 200 full-time employee-owners plus part-time consultants in nine states and four foreign countries. As employee-owners, their value is measured by how their people and their products add to their customer’s successes.
