Are you ready to make an impact and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of recruitment? As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work alongside the HR team to attract top talent, build our employer brand, and create exceptional candidate experiences.
From crafting job ads and screening resumes to participating in career fairs and managing data, you’ll contribute to every stage of the hiring process while helping strengthen our talent pipeline. Plus, you’ll play a role in shaping our own internship program—talk about full-circle impact!

Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (hybrid work environment between our Chanhassen, MN office and remote working locations)
Compensation: $20.00 Hourly
A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you:
- are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- have previous experience or coursework in Human Resources

In this position, you will:
- Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist with designing and posting job advertisements across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the HR team and marketing department to enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, campus outreach, and recruitment events.
- Help maintain and monitor the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
- Networking and Outreach:
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Assist in building relationships with educational institutions and community organizations to expand sourcing efforts.
- Data and Compliance:
- Help track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and organized records within the applicant tracking system (e.g., ADP Recruitment) and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Performs miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as requested by management.
