Room & Board has an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst (SAP Web Integration) on our business systems team reporting to the Director of Business Systems. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the business systems team on SAP strategy and execution. Your focus on web integration brings great visibility supporting our ecommerce site. The role will involve working with the Director of Web Experience, web development teams (Project Manager, Technical Product Owners), and our retail and delivery leadership gaining valuable insights and experience that empower you to deliver impactful solutions for the organization while simultaneously advancing your skill set. You’ll join a talented team (12±) of BAs, in-house developers and project managers who are experts in leveraging SAP and other business applications to ensure we have the best solutions in place for our business.

You will share your talents as a Business Anayst (SAP Web Integration) in the following ways:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the SAP, Web and the Retail function to plan and manage small and medium sized projects.
- Collaborate with the web development and web experience team to help facilitate clear requirements to provide guidance on SAP integration and backend processes. These systems include Internal Point of Sale (with integration to SAP), Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Insightly (CRM).
- Manage vendor relationships to set clear expectations and outcomes within an established budget.
- Participate in all aspects of the application lifecycle including gathering requirements, creating design specifications, testing and end-user education.
- Manage resolution of assigned production support incidents including researching, tracking, and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with peers and partners to prioritize work, produce deliverables, manage schedules and objectively facilitate escalations.
- Collaborate with peers to develop and maintain internal processes, procedures, and documentation.
You will bring the following experiences & qualifications as a Business Anayst (SAP Web Integration) :

- 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst in SAP Sales and Distribution with strong knowledge of integration points between external systems.
- Desire to learn and support other retail/web applications (CRM, SFMC, and POS).
- Experience in testing methodologies and procedures.
- Experience working closely with Web Development, UX, QA teams.
- Experience working within an Agile development framework using Atlassian JIRA strongly desired.
- Experience with business process mapping.
- Understanding of the impact of system changes on the user experience.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A curious learner who stays abreast of technology and industry best-practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and meeting facilitation.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without corporate sponsorships.
