Invoicing and Generating Reports:
Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy in billing details such as quantities, prices, and payment terms.
Generate regular financial and operational reports to provide insights into business performance, including sales reports, expense reports, and budget forecasts.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial records are up to date and accurate.
Maintenance of a Systematic Filing System:
Develop and implement an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
Regularly review and update the filing system to ensure that all documents are correctly categorized and easily retrievable.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations by securely storing sensitive information and properly disposing of outdated documents.
Input Information into Our Database:
Accurately input and update data into the company's database, ensuring that all information is current and correctly formatted.
Conduct regular audits of the database to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the data entries.
Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and ensure that all relevant data is captured and recorded.
Conduct Data Entry and Management Activities:
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all information is entered accurately and efficiently.
Manage and maintain data integrity by regularly checking for duplicates, errors, and outdated information.
Utilize data management tools and software to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency.
Confirm and Rectify Any Discrepancies in the Data:
Review data entries and reports to identify any discrepancies or anomalies that may arise.
Investigate the root causes of discrepancies by cross-referencing data with original documents and collaborating with relevant departments.
Implement corrective actions to rectify any identified issues, ensuring that all data is accurate and reliable for decision-making purposes.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
