Overview

Highlight is seeking a Washington, DC-based Scrum Master to support our General Services Administration (GSA) Contract Team. This role will support a large team in Agile software development and Continuous Delivery utilizing the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). The Scrum Master will support cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement through the facilitation of Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to SAFe practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and scale Agile practices across the enterprise.
Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Adaptable Software Design practices.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in Agile software development methods.
Demonstrated experience working with Agile and/or CI/CD framework.
Experience scaling Agile practices using SAFe.
Experience utilizing SAFe for task estimation, testing, deployment, and integration.
Experience delivering Agile software solutions using TDD or Adaptable Software Design.
Ability to obtain/maintain a public trust.
Bachelors degree
