Rotochopper is seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Manager to own and elevate our marketing organization. In this role, you will set and execute the full marketing strategy – balancing brand building, demand generation, and customer experience to drive measurable growth. You’ll lead a team, shape our voice in the market, and serve as a strategic partner to the executive team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on both big-picture vision and tactical execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of in-house experts and agency partners.
- Build and execute a B2B marketing strategy that fuels awareness, leads, and growth.
- Shape brand voice and messaging across digital channels, trade shows, and campaigns.
- Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for measurable ROI.
- Partner with sales and product teams to launch innovations and tell powerful product stories.
- Put the Voice of the Customer at the center of everything we do.
- Optimize the use of marketing technology (CRM, automation, analytics platforms) for scalability and performance.
- Ability to travel 15-25% for trade shows and customer site visits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong B2B marketing expertise, ideally within industrial manufacturing, construction equipment, or agricultural background preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading strategic marketing programs tied to business growth.
- Expertise across digital marketing, brand strategy, trade shows/events, CRM, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to connect marketing efforts to measurable business impacts.
- Experience leading and scaling marketing teams in a hands-on environment.
