Account Manager (level II or III).
This position will be located in Taipei, Taiwan, with regular travel to Japan and Singapore.
Summary:
Account Managers are responsible for managing and driving assigned customers to grow revenue by developing and maintaining business relationships to continually identify and capture new business opportunities by executing plans. They ensure that customer needs and satisfaction are optimized.
Responsibilities:
Account Manager II:
- Manage day-to-day interactions with assigned customers, including regular face-to-face and virtual meetings.
- Identify potential growth opportunities at existing accounts and support the onboarding of new projects or products.
- Develop and execute basic account strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Coordinate internally to align commercial, supply chain, and technical support for customer needs.
- Address common customer questions on product availability, lead times, and basic technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Track customer satisfaction metrics and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Stay informed on customer organizational changes and industry news; share updates internally.
Account Manager III - Same duties as Account Manager II.
- Additional duties as Account Manager III:
- Serve as the primary customer contact, with frequent on-site and virtual engagement across multiple levels of the customer's organization.
- Build comprehensive account plans, including short- and mid-term growth strategies tied to customer roadmaps and industry trends.
- Lead internal cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth project execution, including R&D, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing functions.
- Identify new project opportunities, define business cases, and coordinate with Business Units to support go/no-go decisions.
- Provide first-level technical support, identifying and escalating product or process concerns in coordination with technical experts.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide customer feedback to help shape internal strategy.
- Maintain robust sales forecasting, revenue tracking, and expense reporting.
Education & Credentials:
Account Manager II:
- Associate’s degree in business, applied science, or related field and 4+ years related experience or
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or related field and 2+ years related experience or
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or related field and 0+ years related experience or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Account Manager III:
- Associate’s degree in business, applied science, or related field and 6+ years related experience or
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or related field and 4+ years related experience or
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or related field and 2+ years related experience or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation
Base pay for this role is between NT 1,535,373 and NT 2,168,714 annually. Base pay and job level will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
