You’ll turn complex, cross‑functional datasets into clear insights and scalable tools that drive service, inventory, and supplier performance.
Our supply‑chain analytics pillars emphasize data accuracy, a centralized performance measurement framework, and ready‑to‑use predictive models across Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and S&OP.

- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize inventory, procurement, and production planning.
- Automation & Reporting
- Build automated dashboards and reporting tools to streamline recurring analytics tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting platforms.
- MRP & Business Rules Development
- Collaborate with planning teams to define and implement business rules for MRP systems.
- Support long-term initiatives to enhance forecasting and planning algorithms.
- MRP & MES strategy
- Collaborate with factory and supply chain planning teams to build the strategy for segregating optimization goals between the two.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with supply chain, procurement, IT, and finance teams to align analytics solutions with business needs.
- Provide consultation and training to stakeholders on data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

- Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning processes.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to design and implement automated workflows and dashboards.
