SUMMARY:
Service and installation of high-tech CCTV surveillance and card access systems. Experience with CCTV systems and/or card accesses systems. Good Driving record is mandatory. Be reliable, self-starter, professional individual with a very high customer service orientation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Perform routine maintenance on all security equipment. This includes cleaning the monitors and adjusting all cameras for proper focus and depth of field. Respond to all service-related calls on a daily basis and repairs any part of the security system that is non-operational. Respond to any urgent request of his/her direct superior in order to facilitate excellent customer service. Must know basic electricity and basic networks. What we are looking for:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in the service industry
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills to enhance the customer experience

Technical Skills:
- CCTV, Intrusion, and Access Control troubleshooting & configuration (hardware, software, devices, wiring, etc.)
- Networking: replacing connectors, wire testing, subnetting, programming IPs, and basic networking commands
- Electronics: able to use a multimeter for testing; understands voltage, current, resistance (Ohm’s Law), and relay operation
Key Manufacturers:
- CCTV: March Networks, Verint, OpenEye, Genetec, Eagle Eye
- Intrusion: DMP, Bosch, Honeywell
- Access Control: Brivo, S2, Lenel, Feenics, SoftwareHouse, Genetec
Certifications:
- Florida: FASA/BASA required
- General: OSHA 10 preferred
Please note: this is a customer-facing service position, not an installation role. Each work order involves problem-solving on-site, so we need someone who thrives in dynamic, hands-on service environments.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and operating
procedures. Be able to write routine reports, correspondence, and ability to effectively present information and speak to customers or employees of organization. Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
