What You’ll Do

As aBilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable connection between our customers and their special events.

Assist customers in English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat
Support orders, returns, billing questions and product inquiries
Provide guidance on styles, sizing, and formalwear options
Accurately document customer interactions and order activity
Deliver high quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Assist with additional office duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center roles
Comfortable with computers, typing, and standard office systems
Professional, friendly communication style with a customer-first mindset
Apparel or formalwear experience is a plus
Ability to work on-site 32-40 hours a week, including some evenings, Saturdays, and seasonal overtime.
