Job Description
The Procurement Systems Transformation Manager leads the modernization, automation, and optimization of procurement systems, data, and workflows across the enterprise. This role owns the digital procurement roadmap and drives transformation initiatives that streamline the source-to-pay lifecycle, enhance user experience, and reduce manual effort through technology, automation, and process redesign. Key Responsibilities
Procurement Systems, Automation & Technology Strategy
- Develop and maintain a multi‑year roadmap for procurement systems and intelligent automation (RPA, workflow automation, AI/ML, OCR).
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and data quality

Automation Transformation
- Lead strategy and implementation of automation solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent document processing (OCR, NLP), low-code workflows, and AI enabled insights, code workflows, and AI-enabled insights.‑code workflows, and AI‑enabled insights.
- Build business cases for automation, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and resource optimization.
- Partner with Operational Excellence, Digital/IT, Supply Chain, and Procurement leadership to prioritize automation use cases.
- Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and governance of automated workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring automation performance and recommending enhancements.
System Implementation & Optimization
- Lead implementation and optimization of procurement systems
- Define business requirements, process flows, solution architecture, and integration needs.
- Coordinate UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure seamless integrations with ERP, finance, contract management, supplier management, and analytics platforms.
Process Transformation & Standardization
- Redesign procurement processes to align with best-in-class S2P practices and automation opportunities.‑in‑class S2P practices and automation opportunities.

- Reduce cycle times and eliminate manual touchpoints through system and process improvements.
- Champion change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
Governance, Data Quality & Compliance
- Establish data governance standards for supplier onboarding, master data, category taxonomy, and spend classification.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Global Analytics, IT, and external partners.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate project updates to leadership.

Program & Project Management

- Manage vendors, consultants, and support partners for both systems and automation platforms.
- Track KPIs and report improvements in efficiency, adoption, and automation impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, systems implementation, or transformation roles.
- Hands-on experience with S2P / P2P platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, SAP S/4HANA).
- Strong understanding of procurement and supplier lifecycle processes.
- Experience designing or implementing automation solutions (RPA, low‑code workflows, AI/OCR).
- Proven track record leading large digital transformation or automation programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and process mapping skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data visualization or analytics tools.
