We are searching for a motivated service advisor with exceptional customer service skills, and a great attitude. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office products, and has had some dealership DMS experience. General vehicle maintenance and technical repair knowledge will help the right candidate better understand our business.

The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers, internal sales/retail, and A‑Z Bus Sales, Inc. They oversee the coordination of vehicle repairs or production from start to finish. Key responsibilities include generating repair orders, verifying warranty and contract coverage, inspecting vehicles, maintaining customer communication, and managing Work In Progress (WIP) for assigned accounts. The Service Advisor also reviews and closes completed jobs while ensuring high customer satisfaction and supporting company profitability.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm, In-Person

Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greeting customers and checking in vehicles.
Identifying service needs, documenting concerns, and performing basic inspections.
Managing repair orders, warranty documentation, photos, and approvals.
Communicating estimates, timelines, updates, and final results to customers.
Monitoring repair progress and ensuring quality standards are met.
Coordinating scheduling, pick‑up/delivery, and emergency repair needs with the Assistant Service Manager and Dispatcher.
Updating and closing repair orders promptly, including internal and warranty work.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and warranty guidelines.
Performing additional duties as needed.

Education & Experience

2–4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
Knowledge of vehicle products, warranties, and basic service processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to read manuals, write reports, and interact with customers and staff.
Ability to perform basic calculations and solve practical problems in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of customer service or service advisor experience, ideally in the transportation industry.
