For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in information technology, with a primary focus on customer service, application support, or system delivery
- Proven experience supporting enterprise business applications, including analyzing system issues, validating changes, and working across the full software development lifecycle
- Hands‑on experience with manual testing, including creation and execution of test cases to validate system and business changes
- Experience designing or executing automated test cases to support system quality and release readiness
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience designing or maintaining automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca
- Familiarity with enterprise business systems and integrations, particularly customer, order, or lifecycle‑related processes
- Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile delivery environments is preferred.
- Exposure to process improvement, automation initiatives, or quality engineering practices
- Experience working with global teams or stakeholders across regions
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Own production support for business applications by triaging, analyzing, and resolving system issues to ensure stability and reliable day‑to‑day operations.
- Perform manual testing and create detailed test cases to validate system changes against business and functional requirements.
- Design, build, execute, and maintain automated test cases to improve test coverage, reduce manual effort, and support reliable system releases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather requirements, assess impacts, and validate solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and releases by participating in planning, testing, cutover, and post‑release validation activities.
- Analyze defects, recurring issues, and test results to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by strengthening testing practices, automation coverage, and overall system quality
