As a Communications & Events Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in telling the SRC story, elevating our brand presence, and bringing our ownership culture to life through meaningful communication and well-executed events.

What You’ll Do

Draft and share internal announcements, executive communications, and ownership-focused news stories.
Develop press releases and community-facing communications that enhance SRC’s public presence.
Sustain SRC’s brand awareness in the community, including digital advertising and brand asset management.
Manage Holdings’ social media platforms and support website updates.
Coordinate with regional schools and SRC companies to provide tours and educational opportunities.
Create recruiting and benefits promotional and educational materials that strengthen SRC’s employer brand, re-recruit associates and develop our talent pipeline.
Coordinate and execute major events including the Annual Shareholder Meeting and Semi-Annual Sales & Marketing Meetings.
Support ownership culture committees and engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

3–6+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or event coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, project management or equivalent experience.
Strong writing and storytelling skills for both internal and external audiences.
Experience planning and executing professional events.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Polished professional communication skills that connect with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, ADP, and social media platforms
