Summary/Objective

The Program Manager is responsible for driving the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across the product organization. This role ensures alignment, visibility, and sustained progress across multiple interconnected workstreams by translating strategic direction into clear, actionable plans.

Working closely with senior leadership, the Program Manager establishes structure, manages timelines and dependencies, identifies and mitigates risks, and ensures teams remain coordinated and accountable. This role is focused on execution and orchestration, bringing clarity and momentum to high-impact initiatives rather than setting strategy.

Essential Functions

Program Planning & Coordination

Develop and maintain integrated program timelines across multiple workstreams.
Identify cross-functional dependencies and ensure logical sequencing of deliverables.
Track milestones, deliverables, and key decisions.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Facilitate regular program sync meetings.
Ensure clear communication across Product, GTM, Finance, and other stakeholders.
Surface blockers and drive resolution across teams.

Risk & Issue Management

Proactively identify risks to timeline, scope, or outcomes.
Escalate issues early and recommend mitigation options.
Maintain clear documentation of risks, decisions, and actions.

Executive Reporting & Visibility

Prepare concise status updates and executive summaries.
Ensure leadership has clear visibility into progress and emerging risks.
Support leadership in maintaining accountability across teams.

Preferred Education and Experience

5–8 years of experience in program management, project management or cross-functional operations
Experience coordinating multi-workstream initiatives
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
