Our Opportunity

GPJ is hiring a Manager, Graphic Management to join our growing team and support various clients.

This role is on-site, requiring you to report to our Austin, Boston, New York or Nashville office location a minimum of 5 days per week.

Your Role

As a Manager, you will manage the graphics process throughout the entire event life cycle. This role collaborates with integrated production, fabrication, creative, production artists, and pre-press teams to create and maintain the comprehensive graphics matrix for multiple events simultaneously. This role will also provide graphics pricing throughout the planning cycle and strategize with other departments on how to best maximize the budget while maintaining creative intent. Including assisting in creating and enforcing project deadlines based on graphic production timelines. Additionally, you will manage third-party vendors, handling file sharing, budget management, and delivery.

In conjunction with Integrated Production, you will work directly with clients, which includes meeting management, deliverables, timelines and act as a SME for the graphics process.

Travel onsite – to manage installation and dismantle. Successful execution onsite.

Your Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing or other relevant field.
3-5 years relevant work experience
Experienced in GSuite, particularly Gmail, Sheets, Slides
General knowledge of the exhibit or sign making industry
Exceptional organizational skills

Salary Range: $70-85k

Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
