Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accounting Coordinator II works independently with minimal supervision to ensure that all invoicing is prepared monthly, vendor invoices are properly processed and expense reports are accurate.

Job Duties include but are not limited to: COMMUNICATE & MENTOR

Develop strong communication skills Prepare invoices monthly Post vendor invoices Prepare expense reports Mail monthly AR statements Communicate with manager for additional duties dealing with specific clients Manage W9 tracking Train junior staff Work directly with vendors and clients for AR and AP duties Work directly with managers for project set up and invoicing Sets up new clients for electronic invoice submission Trains and prepares training material for employee expense reporting
