We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to contribute to the development of robust and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software engineering principles, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a passion for developing high-quality code. This role provides the opportunity to work on impactful projects and grow your technical expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications in alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and product managers, to ensure software meets business and technical needs.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.
Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.
Develop and maintain technical documentation to support software development and deployment.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of professional experience in software development.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Rust, C#, or C++.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exposure to service architecture and RESTful API design.
Embedded experience a plus
Understanding of secure software development principles.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively across multiple tasks.
Openness to feedback and a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality software.

Security Clearance:

Active or eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance is preferred but not required for this position.
