About the Role

We are looking for a Transportation Civil Engineer II-III to join our team in support of transportation design. This position will join our Albuquerque, New Mexico office. This position will work a hybrid scheduling coming into the office 2-3 days per week for team and client collaboration, mentorship and integration. Our established team is well-respected and will provide support and continued career development.

You Will:

Support the design and delivery of roadway and multimodal transportation projects for state DOTs and local municipalities.
Prepare and assist with roadway design elements including horizontal and vertical alignments, typical sections, drainage, traffic control, and ADA-compliant facilities.
Coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to support project schedules, quality control, and client deliverables.

You Have:

BSCE in Civil Engineering or a related field and 2+ years of experience.
EIT or PE ability to obtain within 1 year.
Experience with Civil 3D or MicroStation.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $70,000-$95,000 depending on qualifications.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
