Carpenter / Drywaller / Painter – Skilled Tradesmen

TO LEAD CARPENTER -YEAR ROUND WORK WITH BENEFITS!

Salary Range: $22 To $32 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge

We are known for quality restoration and construction; great customer service and we are always busy.

The Position: We are looking for a full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $22-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses PLUS $500 SIGN-ON BONUS! Six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.

Requirements

5 years construction experience required
Remodeling Experience
Reliable and Hardworking
Provide your own tools
Excellent communication skills.
Valid Drivers License
Reliable transportation
Previous restoration experience is a plus.
Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
Pass background check and drug screen
