Job Overview: As a member of the Headquarters Routing Department the Telecommunications Representative is primarily responsible for performing outbound calls including sales follow-ups, COD’s, cores and broken promises. Additionally, responsible for territory calls, assisting with the chat portal and conducting facility tours. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a highly collaborative mindset, an ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, rapidly changing atmosphere.

What we offer:

Starting Pay $16.50+/Hour, based on experience

What we are looking for:

Ability to build and sustain relationships with customers
Effective communication - possess strong oral and written communication skills, clearly and accurately communicating complex and/or technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work in both a team and independent environment
Detail oriented - produce quality work, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness
Must be ok with completing repetitive processes
