HSD Field Supervisor - Training

Field Supervisors serve in two capacities:

Team Mentors are assigned a team of specific and permanent Technicians for whom they provide consistent mentoring, training, evaluation, and support.

Supervisor for daily Job Assignment Teams:
- Job Assignment Teams may include a combination of Technicians from different Mentor Teams.
- Job Assignment Teams take directives from the Field Supervisor assigned to the job.

Regardless of which capacity the Field Supervisor is serving, their purpose is to facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of NWESI services provided to Intel Tool Owners and contractors by assisting the NWESI Intel Tool Install Manager in daily operations. Daily operations include; managing projects as assigned and scheduled by the TI Manager, assuring strict adherence to NWESI technical standards and safety protocol by all personnel, and directing, mentoring, training, and supporting all Technicians. The Field Supervisor will focus on training aspects for the entire team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trains/mentors all assigned Technicians
Instructs Technicians in proper technical/safety/company policy procedures via verbal and on-the-job directions and examples
Monitor and document team of Technicians’ progress and proficiency by observing and correcting on-the-job performance and soliciting input from other Field Supervisors who may be working with Technicians on other job assignments
Reviews schedule and provides TI Manager with input on feasibility with manpower needs
Reports directly to NWESI Tool Install Manager regarding training, safety, performance, and morale issues (as well as positive and negative feedback from Intel Tool Owners and contractors)
Reviews SOP documents to ensure alignment with current required procedures
Review and sign off PTP’s prior to commencement of work as needed
Review TAB reports to ensure consistency and accuracy
Train and review Technicians’ timesheets for correct job use and time allocation
Ensures team punctuality for assigned jobs
Performs job set up
Completes job walks (when necessary)
Field reports are sent daily
Field safety questions, concerns, and issue resolution
Provides input with goals and performance reviews
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of TAB or Tool Install experience desired (proven leadership and supervisory skills & experience may lessen required years of TAB or Tool Install experience)
Strong leadership and training skills in a team setting.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem solving skills with all levels of company management, Intel, and contractor personnel.

POST-OFFER, PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to pass a background and pre-employment drug test.
