In this role, you will drive the day-to-day the research, analysis, and strategic planning processes, ensuring our insights drive meaningful impact for our clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Identifies, analyzes, and summarizes findings from diverse research sources.
- Provides strong writing and editing skills across styles, including reports, client and team communications, and presentations.
- Identifies, articulates, packages, and presents insights and strategic recommendations for delivery to the client with some oversight.
- Leads the creation of persuasive insights reports and strategic recommendation documents.
- Leads development of research design, content and materials for a variety of research methods, such as surveys, workshop materials, in-depth interviews, focus groups, digital design and user experience, journey maps, and monitoring and measurement dashboards.
- Coaches and guides Associate and Junior Associate team members in executing insight & strategy-related client projects and deliverables.
- Supports in the development of workshop content, discussion guides, surveys, and other research mechanisms.
- Supports in the development of proposals to effectively showcase the recommended approach.
- Delivers highly polished, persuasive client presentations.
- Supports in the creation of persuasive insight reports through data-driven storytelling.
- Innovates new ways to visualize and present insights and recommended strategic solutions.
- Develops strategic recommendations for clients in areas such as brand strategy, change management, corporate culture, etc., with some oversight.
- Serves as a strategic consultant to internal and external client teams, bringing an insight-based point of view.
Additionally, the ideal candidate meets these qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience. Prior roles in marketing, account planning, communications, brand strategy, data analytics, consulting or a related field
- Willingness and availability to travel occasionally
- Experience with clients or companies in the food, agriculture or sustainability space is highly preferable, but not required
- Experience with clients or companies in the healthcare and/or pharmaceuticals space is highly preferable, but not required
- Experience with research and survey platforms such as Qualtrics and Survey Monkey
- Experience with data analytics and AI platforms such as Pulsar, ChatGPT, Claude AI
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. - Expected Compensation Range: $70,000 - $100,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS
The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
