ServiceMaster by Haven Restoration Group

Contents Operations Manager

Full Time • Spartanburg, SC • $80,000–$120,000/year + Benefits

At ServiceMaster Restore, we don’t just restore belongings—we help restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind. As a trusted leader in disaster restoration, we respond when property owners need us most.

We are seeking an experienced Contents Operations Manager to lead all aspects of contents restoration projects, from the initial assessment and pack-out through cleaning, storage, pack-back, and customer completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for an organized, accountable professional who can manage people, protect customer property, maintain accurate documentation, and drive department profitability.

What You'll Do

Own contents projects from scope through completion, including production plans, schedules, labor, equipment, and warehouse space
Lead, train, and hold the contents team accountable for productivity, quality, safety, and customer service
Ensure every item is photographed, inventoried, labeled, tracked, and returned with accurate chain-of-custody records
Inspect work at key stages and require corrections before delivery or pack-back
Keep customers, adjusters, and Project Managers informed on timelines, changes, and concerns
Manage job costs against budget, document scope changes before extra work is performed, and hand off complete files ready for billing
Recruit, onboard, and coach team members
Keep the warehouse organized and properly staffed

What We're Looking For

Experience in contents restoration, disaster recovery, moving and storage, or warehouse operations
Proven record managing employees, schedules, and multiple active projects
Ability to build project scopes and understand estimates and job costs
Strong inventory-management, organizational, leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
Clear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
IICRC certifications and contents-management or estimating software experience are a plus

What We Offer

Competitive salary with performance-based bonus
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays
Company car, free uniforms, and ongoing training
Room to grow within a nationally recognized restoration brand

Work Environment

Mix of office, warehouse, and jobsite work with regular travel to active projects
Flexible schedule when emergency restoration needs arise
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs required
